Comments	Inspired to work with pregnant and post-natal women through my own positive experiences of pregnancy and childbirth. These were without doubt facilitated by yogic practice. I also have fond memories of attending mother and baby yoga classes with my own children and would like to make this interactive experience available to many more women going through the transformation to motherhood. Following initial training in anatomy and physiology, I am now fully qualified and practicing Holistic Massage, Infant Massage Instruction, Mother and Baby Yoga and Perinatal Yogacise.
Special Focus	I have always been fascinated in the human body: our structure, function, ability for self-healing and the integration of body, mind and spirit. To this end I have recently embarked on a five year degree course in Osteopathy, at the London School of Osteopathy. My long-term goal is to apply osteopathic practice to pregnancy, childbirth and the post-natal period. My work with Birthlight is the beginning of a fascinating journey to this end.
