Membership update

Our membership card is changing…
Thanks to all of you, our numbers of students and teachers have grown over the years. At birthlight headquarters, we always look at improving our processes and reducing our administration workload in order to focus on delivering a better service and have more time to help you on your birthlight journey. That is why we are writing to you today. We would like to let you know that we are changing the way the Birthlight membership card looks.
In order to be more efficient, we have now integrated all the information from your membership card with the receipt that is sent automatically from our database. That way, you will have all the information you need in one place and don’t run the risk of missing emails that go straight to the junk folder, because of an attached document.
The receipt we sent when you renew your membership or book on a course has been redesigned to make sure you will have all your details there i.e. your membership number and your new expiry date.
